This book explores all the habits and attitudes that create success in 12 broad categories. Within each of the categories are a handful of actionable habits, truisms and pieces of advice. The total of which is 52, one for each week of the year.

The challenges in this book have been tailored to have simple, day-to-day components that will build towards the greater goal. Amazing challenge for personal growth

TARGET AUDIENCE: The individual who is truly looking to make meaningful change in his or her life. The book is broken down into 52 sections, allowing you to focus on one section each week of the year. Most weeks also reference additional reading to assist you during that week.

PROFANITY AND SEX: None.

NARRATOR: Although the content was good, the narrator was excellent in sharing the author’s content. Great book, Great narrating.

OVERALL: I loved how this was broken down into a year of growth. I especially appreciated the additional reading that the book referred to. I plan on taking the weeks that contained topics that I struggle with, and re-read those weeks, looking to implement the information contained.

I normally expect a stand alone self help book. This was not it.

Very helpful

52 Simple steps to change your life. ..
This audiobook is full of very helpful tips and steps. And as a self help book is a good example of this genre. .
Well presented.
I personally feel that because this is a 52 week program that it is better suited to a paper book.
Easier to bookmark.
I enjoyed and have benefited from this audiobook. It gives you exactly what the title says.

this book has a lot of helpful advice and simple steps you may need to over come your self blocking behavior. the narrator was good and spoke well.

Change is not as difficult as it may seem

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

A great way to change behavior that is holding you back. I highly recommend this book.

What does Sean Householder bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

It made the words come to life and made me want to live through the author's purpose.

This is an amazing book for anyone looking for personal growth. Even though it's broken down into a year time frame, I plan on taking a couple of weeks or so on each challenge. Overall, this is a great book and I plan on recommending it to my family and friends.
