Meditation that helps you focus on weight loss

This book has helped me get motivated to begin a weight loss program. I find I am thinking about the food choices I make. My whole attitude has changed. I believe I can succeed.

life changing

I immediatly noticed at the beginning that every time I listened to the meditation, I ended up with a smile on my face.
After one month of daily listening, paired with a healthy diet and 10k steps per day, I lost 4 of the 15kg I have to lose to attain my ideal weight. And Ive been trying for more than 5 years to start a diet. Now I mostly listen to the affirmations to support my motivation to be healthier.
It's the first time in my life, that I respect and love my body. This feeling is amazing. Thank you dr Naparstek!
