Honest. Logical. Brilliant.
This book is NOT esoteric new-age nonsense (like many other books in this genre). The author’s views on life and coping strategies are excellent. He’s promoting what amounts to insightful logical thinking. It’s fairly straightforward to implement and understand. And it's effective.
If you accept the book’s premises and you should soon be able to deflate your fears and worries and relax. The book helps you see your anxieties from a new, more realistic perspective. Making this a daily habit takes a bit more effort on your part, of course.
Noah Elkrief has a noticeable New York accent. Maybe that’s why someone else narrates. I think that’s a shame though because, as you can see from his online videos, his enthusiasm and sincerity come through. The narrator is good, but I found myself missing the author’s energy.
Note is this book is a **workbook**. To get the most from it, you’ll want to write down your answers to its questions. I couldn’t do that while driving, but still found it helpful to listen and get introduced to the ideas presented. Later, I sat down to answer questions and I understood why I was answering them.
I highly recommend this book to anyone who would like to be less worried, less angry, less stressed, and more relaxed (i.e, everyone).

My first audio book...
Although I have the Kindle edition of 'A Guide to the Present Moment', I wanted to have this version for the moments when reading wasn't feasible. The narrator has a calming voice, and it compliments the words beautifully. Thank you once again, Noah, you rock. Stay present. Peace.
