Publisher's Summary

Have you ever dreamed of being the life of the party? Having everyone hang onto your words and laugh at your jokes - every time? Are you feeling stressed out and need to unwind? No matter what the need, humor is always the best medicine. It brings people together and can improve your outlook on life, as the author of this audiobook points out: "It wasn't that long ago that I found out just how helpful humor can be in just about any situation. After going through a very difficult period in my life, I vowed I would never again let myself get down and out when I could improve my situation with humor."

WAIT!

Would you ever listen to anything by Good Guide Publishing again?

Not sure.

Any additional comments?

This is about why to laugh. It is not for learning how use laughter or be funnier. It also repeats much of the information.

the worst

How did this get published? It repeats itself over and over. All the info in this book could be stated in 1 page, and even that would be totally useless.
