Simple & soothing with general information about BPD and self-care. An easy, encouraging listen. Offers gentleness and hope.
this book was helpful in an inspiring and encouraging way. I already knew virtually every fact but i think it was good to hear it formatted in this way. Every step is pretty much common sense and being honest, i was expecting the book to be a more detailed look at steps for coping everyday, for BPD sufferers. Instead I found it is a glorified manual to a balanced life which pretty much applies to anyone, not just BPD suffers.
