Very helpful

I loved how he touched on causes of BPD.
The narration was awesome.
Most memorable thing was him equating BPD to being highly sensitive.

Quick abs helpful

Not hard to get through abs helpful content. Examples are decent. Not a super in-depth book, though.

Quick and helpful

Good advice for anyone, whether BPD or not, who doesn't always have a positive outlook or easily overcome obstacles. Nothing mind blowing but good reminders. And if you do know someone with BPD, might help understand things that could be beneficial to that person.

Vague but to the point

Use as a taster for further work for BPD. I would suggest starting here but broadening further to DBT skills and mindfulness.

do not buy

a waste of almost 3 bucks.
felt as though it was a "book" of random quotes... really astonished thus made it to a"book" and honestly I kinda want my money back so I can actually listen to something helpful, and that isn't only 19 minutes long.

Way too basic

Lower your expectations, eat right, exercise? This was not new info or helpful suggestions. The author shared only common sense ideas. Nothing truly helpful. The narrator was easy to listen to.
