A fantastic book. This would not be the sort of thing I would usually go for but I will be eternally grateful that I gave it a chance. I firmly believe that everyone could benefit from proper journalling (i.e. not just writing about what they had for dinner) but it can be difficult to know exactly how to tackle it, what to write about and if it is all worthwhile.
This book gave me the advice, tips and tools to PROPERLY journal which is slowly, day by day, helping me to understand myself better and to fix my flaws - and do not be fooled, we all have flaws!
Highly recommended book if you want to progress in life.
