After about four months upped the dose to 50,000 IU a day or 150X the old recommended “safe” dose I then boosted it to 100,000 IU a day or 300 x times the old maximum safe dose! This was a lot of helpful information. I been dealing with a lot of new things going on with my body and I didn't understand any of it. This book has help me not only understand what is going on but taught me what to do. I will use the information I received on my family, our dogs, in our yards, in our home and on myself. Straight to the point, exactly what I was looking
I bought this book by corona virus is rampant right now and I know doing a parasite cleanse increases your defenses, often books turn out to be be something OTHER then what I was looking for. Not this one, this author opens up for a few minutes and bang, an hour straight of very important practical knowledge, loaded with new ideas and concepts and truths. Very pleased, the next morning I was already taking action. You can’t do everything in this book, but you can do a lot, and it’s easy.
