Publisher's summary

Good morning, sunshine. Today's the day you realize trying to be perfect...makes you miserable. What to do? A tale for the times, 30 Ways to Happy is Caitlin Roberson's witty account of her journey through Type-A deprogramming - or at least, a sincere attempt.

Thirty brief vignettes explore the tensions of diagnosing one's own artificial expectations, and developing new priorities and behaviors. Enhanced with a layperson's knowledge of neuroscience, this self-help memoir is at once self-deprecating, empowering, and thoroughly entertaining. Who knows what she'll have to re-learn next.
