If it doesn't make you a better person, it gives you...a mirror at least! It helps you better understand yourself before trying to fix aspects.

A practical guide to building mental strength
This is a straightforward guide to building your mental strength. There's no waffle or vague affirmations in this book, just down to earth advice to help you find some direction if you sometimes struggle with mental health (who doesn't?). It could almost be called a fitness book for the mind, with lots of practical guidance, in an easy to follow structure.
As others have said the narration by the author let's the audio book down a bit. It's quite monotone, but otherwise well presented.
