Brilliant, a great book

Very easy to listen to, she had a nice voice and the audio quality was very good. Clear and a good volume.

Excellent book, full of very helpful thoughts, quotes and ideas. Really good book for listening to in the morning (as I did all last week) as it sets you up for a good day ahead. A lovely book and very cheap

I'm a "morning person" now!
Would you listen to 100 Positive Morning Thoughts again? Why?
I will listen to this book again and again. I've always struggled with getting motivated in the morning and believe me, I've tried everything from B vitamins to drinking vinegar for breakfast. Now, I'm not claiming that I wake naturally at 5am or anything - believe me, I'm still more of a sunset woman rather than a sunrise type - but I do find that listening to a few of Kate Anderson's Morning Thoughts before getting out of bed really helps prepare me for the day. I highly recommend this to anyone who wakes up feeling more exhausted than they were when they went to sleep.

Mornings are hard on everyone, even the happiest of people. Having a good morning can change ur entire day, therefore its important to get off to a good start. This book is fun of good vibes to help you along.

Wasn't any characters but her narration is superb and very suitable for this style of book.

I reckon the middle section is the most powerful as it was full of actual practical advice and tips I can immediately (and very easily) implement into my own life.

The Master of Your Own Fate
If this doesn't get you going each day, I don't know what will. Kate Anderson has given us a great little audiobook to help give us a boost of confidence or increase our positive energy, each day. It was hard to understand hiw this book would be any different from at least one of her other titles, bu they really are. I enjoyed listening to the tips because Kristy Jo Winkler made it SO EASY and Kate Anderson, as always, doesn't include ridiculous platitudes that only serve to cause me to roll my eyes as I listen. No, this is really good stuff.
I'm glad I found this as an audiobook. It will be perfect to listen to while I'm in the gym some mornings. Each of the tips and its accompanying reasoning is only about 30 seconds to a ninute long, so you won't feel. as if you're wasting your time. Get this one, today, because you WON'T regret it!!!

Very Empowering !!!
Would you consider the audio edition of 100 Positive Morning Thoughts to be better than the print version?
I'm glad I have chosen the audio over kindle version of the book. Because I enjoy the ability to inject myself with a daily dose of positive thoughts, listening to the narrators lovely voice, early in the morning. This audiobook is very inspirational and can be used on a day to day basis and the effects will be long lasting and powerful.
I believe it has a potential to change lives, so everyone looking to increase their positivity must try this audiobook!

Wake up feeling positive
Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?
Yes I would. I have friends that also struggle with staying positive. I think if you wake up positive you continue to be positive through out the entire day.
What was one of the most memorable moments of 100 Positive Morning Thoughts?
There were a handful of memorable moments. With 100 positive things to concentrate on there are a dozen or so that are easy to do and helpful for me. Memorable sections of the book for me included the section on Perspective and Doing something bold and new. I like trying new things, it's fun and exciting and you look forward to trying it. That does help put you in a better mood and think oh yea today I get to do....
Which scene was your favorite?
I had a few favorite scenes a lot like the memorable moments. I liked the perspective and the doing something bold and new sections. I guess those could be considered scenes.
What’s an idea from the book that you will remember?
Laughter is Medicine! Basically keep smiling and you will feel happier, if you appear happy you will attract happy people to be around you.
