Great Content. Not So Great Performance

I’m not sure who reads this book, but about the third time (and the many repeats of this often-used term), I heard the reader say Ek cetera, I was a bit frustrated.

This book was a huge “AHA!” experience.

I loved the connection between Trauma and Addiction within the family. The specific examples made it easier and more fun to understand the concepts. I would recommend this book to my friends and family. The voice of Gail was reassuring and pleasant. The information was presented in a way that kept my full attention to the very end.
