It is very reader friendly. She starts out with a quiz to help you find out what category you fit into, if not all of them !!!! Then provides detailed explanation on why you feel like you do and what you can do to improve your situation by suggesting supplements and simple dietary changes.
Coleen read the book beautifully but it seemed her voice was a bit robotic, like it had been run through a voice synthisiser.
