Great Bird Intro

This is a nice collection of lectures about birds. Not a whole lot of new, startling information, but a nice introduction. The author/lecturer was able to express his passion for birds and for science.

Fascinating Bird Basics

I enjoyed this so much. Professor Kricher had a very amiable style, a wonderful voice, and was incredibly knowledgeable. The lecture sounded extemporaneous yet never wavered from the subject. I felt like an expert after listening and have gone back and listened several times, always trying to commit the facts to memory. I am a beginner birder and this definitely cemented my interest and increased my desire to learn more. I hope there is a Part Two in the works!

Great!

Very similar to an actual ornithology class I took at a university. Told in a conversational way. I definitely recommend!

Entertaining and informative

A useful and workable balance of information and narrative in the audible version. It's definitely overpriced so use one of your free credits.

Extremely Informative and kept my interest

I really liked the way this author wrote this book. It is casual and sometimes funny dialogue that is truly biology.
Professor John Kricher should be commended for teaching in such an effective way.
I learned quite a bit, and listen to it over and over. Nice voice as well.
I wish it was longer. How about a second one...hint.
