presented too many wrong answers

I feel that reading every possible snswer was detremental to accumulating the drsired information. The final 2 hr review, if it had the descjptio of the answer, would have been perfect.

A great learning book

This is a great learning guide for anyone trying to get there extra class ham radio license the audio is great and if you have the companion book it’s almost word for word per paid him

It WORKS!

I'd studied for my Extra Class license a couple of time, and just couldn't quite get there. Because I drive a lot for work, I decided to try this audio book. The author was able to explain the concepts in a way that clicked for me. His delivery and humor kept my attention, and also helped the information stick in my memory. I worked with the material at home as well, where I was able to study things like Smith charts that are more visual. After about 4 weeks I took the Extra Class exam, getting 48 of the 50 questions correct. Like I said, it works!

Great book

This really helped me out with my extra ticket. It was able to help me while on the move.

What am I going to do?

I listened to your technician audio book. I listened when I drove for more than a few minutes and put it on at night when I slept. Then before I got my general license (just a few days ago) I listened to your general class audio book the same way and used the fast track math book. Now I'm studying for the extra class license. You guessed it. Listening whe I drive and sleep. Your voice has become a major part of my day. What will I do when I pass the extra test? I guess I'll have to find you on the bands. Thank you for creating an excellent product and helping me pass these tests.

Each audiobook in the series is solid

I used the Fast Track program for both Technician and General as well. The Extra exam covers a lot of material and the audiobook really helps with retention of formulas and explains the “why” of these topics very well. Michael Burnette does a quality job and I recommend this to anyone looking to upgrade.

10 day to get your Extra Class

I bought the audio book on August 28th and the Kindle edition on August 29, then passed the test on September 7th. My thanks to the Author for great material and a very pleasant learning experience. listening to the audio while having the print version made it easy to review unclear topics and see the diagrams, table and figures in the kindle version. I'll be getting the General Class edition for my wife.

Great Kindle Book - Audio Book Needs Major Change

Of the quick study Extra Class license books I have, this is the best in printed/Kindle form. I purchased the Audible version of the book to complement the Kindle version book. I found the Author/Narrator to have a very pleasant voice and his delivery of the material was good. There is a major flaw in the Audible version of the book. The Author/Narrator reads the incorrect answers as well as the correct answer, and as others have said, I found that to be extremely distracting and unproductive for study. If it wasn't for that major flaw (in my opinion), the combination of reading while listening to this book would be perfect. Perhaps the author will take that into consideration if and when an updated book is released when the question pool changes later this year.

Have you listened to any of Michael Burnette’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

His voice and character show in his recordings. This book is the pinnacle of his work at this date.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

I wish I could stay awake for the entire listening, but this book is in a format that will take at least 2 weeks because you need to listen to it many times. It has so much information, it is actually a pleasure to hearing it multiple times.

Any additional comments?

Fellow HAM's will agree, Michael's methods are the best way to get the HAM ticket.
