Very quick hit on topics

The topic should be interesting. Book wasn't meaty enough for my tastes. Probably ok if you're only looking for basics.

Basic interpretation of these biases

This book has some useful insights in a couple of areas, but on the whole the examples given were quite basic and sometimes confused, even inaccurate.

The narration is quite distracting, and feels like you are listening to an infomercial or a safety video.

I wouldn't recommend this book. Spend 30mins researching the subject on Wikipedia instead and you'll gain a better understanding of the topic.
