The content is repetitive and cyclical, the writing has grammatical errors that tarnish the intellectualism of the content, and the narrator has a noticeable and slightly distracting drawl.
It feels like listening to a tipsy university student recount the Stoicism chapter of his Philosophy 101 course from last year.
For a better read, try "Stoicism: A Stoic Approach to Modern Life" by Tom Miles.

This is basically an hour long repetitive affirmation on “don’t try to control the things that are out of your control and you will be happier”. If you did not already know this - listen and you will learn something!
But if you know anything (and I mean ANYTHING) about stoicism, I don’t recommend.
This book shows how to use the process of neuroplasticity to change your mind and how you react to things, how to use affirmations to help with stoicism he. A great book
Loved this quick intro to Stoicism, very simple to keep up with and understand thank u
