This book covers the main subjects that will motivate you to stick to your plan.Daily Self-Discipline is more of an actionable guide instead of a manual detailing philosophy.

the book is great

The author provides resources if a person wants to delve into a topic in more depth. She describes how physical excellence leads to mastery in life, and that we should follow a workout plan religiously as a keystone habit.
