A must read. Gives context to adhd chaos

Loved it. Listened to it straight through.
Puts adhd in a monumental different perspective and addresses the real issues. Opens up for understanding, compassion and curiosity as means of healing instead of a quick fix. Relevant for anyone interested in family dynamics and personal growth.

Must read for parents even from non add kids

Neither myself nor my kids are diagnosed with add. But the description of how anxiety arises in kids and how the attachment relationship can be disturbed are just so valuable. And even I think add is not an either you got it or not. It is actually a scale and certain traits at certain time will surface in almost everyone. So I found it very helpful just to get a better understanding of humans in general.
I loved the way it was red with beautiful intonation to make it interesting and easy to listen. Thanks to all involved!
