Publisher's Summary

While most books focus solely on the role of cholesterol in heart disease, Reverse Heart Disease Now draws on new research that points to the surprising other causes. Two leading cardiologists draw on their collective 50 years of clinical cardiology research to show you how to combine the benefits of modern medicine, over-the-counter vitamins and supplements, and simple lifestyle changes to have a healthy heart.

I "Had" high blood pressure!

I had a very high diastolic blood pressure and by the time I was done with this book the supplements they recommended had helped me achieve Bp readings like 100/70, 104/68, and 110/74. I couldn't be happier. High blood pressure and heart disease is pretty bad on both sides of my family but I'm the only one not taking any medications. I also have way more energy than I used to have after taking the recommended supplements.
