This is supposed to be an Audio book.

This book places a huge importance on writing down stuff, checking out diagrams and etc. That defies the purpose of an audio book that we usually listen to while working out, or simply doing anything else that restrain us from reading a book, or writing down thoughts for that matter.

this isn't a book it's an un-constructive module

Struggled with most of this book. You can't come to terms with mental issues or anxiety disorders via a book. It should have stuck at explaining disorders & determining differences & similarities between the. The book has exercises throughout that are mainly based on examples from fictitious characters problems so you will never "fix" anything with this book because if you have a disorder you need to reflect YOUR examples with a real person or counsellor who can give feedback on YOUR issues. Just glad I used a free credit to download this.

Trivialises Depression & Anxiety

The book is pretty devoid of useful guidance. The examples used are laughable. One was where a mother was depressed because she talked sternly to her child. Another was a chap who was scared to cross bridges. A lot of the others sound like made up garbage, Don't waste your money.
