Clinger is a fitness guy, and here he tells you what you can do in order to avoid things like heat stroke or dehydration due to sweating. He really seems to care abou this topic, and as he is certified in a number of fitness areas I believe that he knows what he is talking about. Here he tells you what issues might arise due to overheating, how to avoid them, how to recognize if you have them, and what to do if you are overheating. He squeezes a lot in to his text. Additionally, he narrates this text, and does so in fine fashion. He is easy to follow and explains everything clearly.
Even though I did receive a promo code for this review it in no way influenced my considerations of the material, and in fact, inspired me to be more honest. In fact, getting a code generally makes me harsher as a reviewer as I am more often concerned what someone like Me will decide based on my review.

Would you consider the audio edition of Physical Fitness and Heat-Related Illnesses: What You Need to Know to be better than the print version?
I would consider the audio edition because you can listen to it before doing an activity that will involve hot temperatures.
What about Trevor Clinger’s performance did you like?
I liked how passionate he was about the writing.
