This is a super helpful book to train our brain.
The author discussed all the practical things here relevant with brain train. This book quite interesting too.
I really enjoyed this book a lot and got some unexpected things what i have never knew.

This book is definitely a must listen. It will do good for students and anyone who studies something. But. To do so you need to pay attention and practice it, either way it has no use for you. Whatever, it's a great book for everyone who is interested in real learning
