Clinger knows his exercise, and is big into diet (see some of his other books). Here, he outlines the best ways someone in danger of getting osteoporosis can either stave off the disease or slow it in iis tracks. He has solid advice, and if followed, will, I believe, help anyone of a certain age in danger of getting this horrible bone disease.
Frances takes on a wonderful narrative journey, stepping in for Clinger, and he does a fine job. Even though I did receive a promo code for this review it in no way influenced my considerations of the material, and in fact, inspired me to be more honest. In fact, getting a code generally makes me harsher as a reviewer as I am more often concerned what someone like mewill decide based on my review.

What did you love best about Osteoporosis, Exercise, and Prevention?
I loved how great of a job the author did at explaining things so that the elderly population could understand. I downloaded it for me, but my grandma also likes to listen to it once in awhile to keep up on her routine!!!
