I would definitely suggest this book

Have you listened to any of Leigh Ashman’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

The author provides some helpful tips to overcome OCD. The author also included symptoms and biological, environmental and physiological causes of OCD.
Leigh Ashman has done a great Job the explanations were very good and neat performance.

This book is very good..listening makes good than reading because by listening it feels us real.

Obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD) is an mental disorder that causes repeated and unwanted thoughts and/or feelings and actions. Ultimately, Albert mentioned some important solution to overcome. I am really happy to read it. Because my little sister have been suffering from OCD still now. I believe these solutions of this book will really help my sister. I would definitely suggest this book.

Great book! One of the best on OCD. Albert Rogers discussion of our difficulty in dealing with uncertainty as the core of OCD makes Some people will slowly yet simply go through these steps,yet others will linger in one stage or swing back forth between them. Any change is either a risk of the unknown or an opportunity to grow and improve.I f you or your spouse is able to reflect and learn from the past and look with a positive eye of confidence to the future,you can both have a great experience in this interesting period of your life. I highly recommend this eye-opening, thorough book. Even if you don't think a chapter pertains to you, read it. You may be surprised at the information.By the way, I have enjoy this book.
