A positively good read.

This book is a simple yet effective guide for anyone who needs and wants to get themselves out of a state of negative thinking and feeling. The power of the mind controls everything and if all you can think is negative then all you will receive is negative feedback, whether it be from someone or a specific situation.

In this book you will receive information on what practical steps to take to get you out of a state of negativity. The author does a good job of explaining why and how certain things we do can effect the outcome of our lives. Highly recommend!

Short read but helpful!

I've bought this book, in hopes that somehow I can get a tip or two on how to rid myself of negativity. This book have a only a few pages inside, but contains most common, very basic advice about positivity. I firmly believe that simplicity, as simple as it is, is the hardest yet most effective of advices. I really liked how straight forward this book is and how it'll guide you to overcoming your negativity in life.

Basically nothing

No story, no strategy. Just a list of things to do to feel better. i.e. eat well, exercise, cuddle with your partner etc.
