This book, although short, was very much to the point & very much what I needed to hear to get my own health back on track. The topics that Thibodeau discusses are incredibly helpful: which supplements to try, the emphasis on the importance of exercise, the triggers that may be causing your migraines, wonderful foods that have been found to help, and great tips!
All in all, an AWESOME resource that has given me hope & direction. I'm so grateful, thank you!
Thankful that my migraines won't get triggered over one spoon of pie with sugar! Author is extraordinarily sensitive to foods, thankfully I am not.
