Nice little book, not much depth. It mainly touches on anxiety but no other health issues. It refers to numerous studies that I must call BS. FDA can't do ANY protocols (studies) on it because it is illegal to touch, smell, look by federal agencies. I don't really care about studies with only hundred people and without strick federal oversight.
