Returned this

I don't think the book translates well into an audio book. It may be better in paper. also, the narrator's voice made the book come across as, 'listen with mother'...The voice is crystal clear and well articulated but for me didn't work.

Easy to listen to.

This audio book is very informative but also very easy to understand. There are many examples given in the book in order to explain what he is talking about which makes the book easy to grasp. I thoroughly enjoyed the book and learned a lot about my anxiety and how to overcome it.
