Our eyes should be taken care of just like our body, this I have always known. When I use my eyes too much I get a headache. I try not to work to long but that isn't always an option. This book taught me that getting away from my bad habits such as sitting in front of my computer and playing games, working for too long without a break, and just surfing the web and looking at my phone consistently are contributing to my eye strain.
Getting out playing with my dogs and having fun with friends and family by doing different things has helped me not to need my glasses as much with certain things and I just got my new glasses. I also learned that Carrots and orange colored fruits and veggies, leafy greens, eggs, citrus and berries, goji berries, almonds, fatty fish (like tuna and salmon) will help your eyes.
I have always been detail oriented but after listening to this book I have been able to see things even more clearly. I'll definitely be suggesting this book to my friends and family that are having issues seeing clearly.
