Definitely, the material is so fascinating and useful I'm going to want a refresher or two soon.
Not so much a moment but an amazing fact, that the mind body connection is a two way street, and knowing that, we can manipulate everything from hormone levels to the sensation of pain.
The chapter discussing how physical movement not only improved brain function, but enhanced the retention and recall of information learned while moving or active. This excited me because that's how I listen to my a-books, working and playing.

The part on Dana Carney's and Amy Cuddy's research on body posture and changes in hormone levels was very counter intuitive ("fake it till ya make it" seems like a misnomer now)
