Great advice for a strong and healthy heart.

This is a great audio book for anyone concerned with their heart health. It goes over all the basics plus exercises and nutrition. The list of foods and supplements is very helpful as well as the all natural methods, such as acupressure in specific points as well as aroma therapy and massage therapy. Highly recommended!

Good tips towards preventing heart disease

Heart disease is so prevalent today and since quite a few of my family members have been diagnosed with heart problems lately this has become a bit more of a frightening reality to me and motivated me to work towards improving my health especially that of my heart.
This is a simple guide helps you to understand the causes of heart disease and the medical treatments that are usually provided. It also talks you through good foods and foods to avoid, exercise and alternative and natural ways to treat heart disease.
