Short and Sweet
What did you love best about Fertility?
The information was not just "don't smoke, don't drink, get to a healthy weight." If you've searched for a fertility book, you probably already know that.
What was one of the most memorable moments of Fertility?
Eat ice cream! Whole milk products are good for fertility.
What three words best describe Sangita Chauhan’s voice?
Methodical, unnatural, textbook.
I feel like this is a prepared speech at a medical convention. Given by the voice in the elevator that says "Floor five - Library." A bit like listening to Alexa (Amazon Echo) tell you a story.
What did you learn from Fertility that you would use in your daily life?
I mostly found the food recommendations helpful. While some of them were obvious, they were still good reminders. It gave easy to remember explanations of WHY some foods are helpful/unhelpful.
Any additional comments?
I would like to see these same tips with more information behind each tips, such as more explanations and to how/why something works. I feel like this is a huge subject and this is just the tip of the iceberg. Although it is good information that more people are likely to hear because it is short and sweet.
