Every school should teach all that is in this book

Narrator was perfect to listen to. Why did I have to wait until I was 70 to hear how I could have prevented all this medicine and bypass operation?

Mind blowing, life changing!!!

I loved all the helpful info that will only benefit my total well being. Since I started listening I've incorporated many of the suggestions related to food choices and I can already feel the difference.

This book is loaded with valuable information..

...so much valuable information that I have listened to it twice and decided to get a print edition so I can reference it often. Was having trouble writing down all the nuggets I while I listened. Highly recommended.

Very informative! Revolutionary material!

I really enjoyed this book. The reader was not hard to listen to at all, and did not get boring. Well written, and very revolutionary in content. I would recommend this book to anyone that have reading ability of any kind.

Informative

At first it was hard to understand what he was saying because he just jumped in to a whole lot of science. But upon listening a second time everything made sense. If you want to understand the benefits of eating a ketogenic diet on a cellular level then this is for you!

Listen to this and Make the Switch

This was my second read on the subject of what we humans need to eat and why. Very good useable information which has transformed my life! Read and make the change, you will feel better eat less and your brain will fire back up r into overdrive!

Thoroughly enjoyable

Other than doing the cyclical part of a whole foods based ketogenic diet, I follow pretty much everything is Dr. Mercola's book. He's really established what I see as the keys to healthy live which has become so much more difficult in the modern age whether we effectively have to pay a premium to eat food which hasn't been (thoroughly) contaminated.

I didn't like that he stated that long term ketosis is harmful, since I don't think there is enough evidence to establish that (I'm only 1.5 years in and it's remarkable for me in almost every way), but otherwise it's difficult to find any fault in this book. Really remarkable read....
