Sadly this book is more like a booklet. It goes through CBT in the shortest way. If you have anxiety this might leave you quite anxious. Lol

An excellent overview of very specific Cognitive Behavioral Therapy exercises and techniques for both beginners and those already practicing CBT. The material is presented in down-to-earth language that makes CBT easy to understand and easy to put into practice right away. The audiobook requres less than 90 minutes to listen to from start to finish. Therapists may find this book useful as well. Highly Recommended (5 Stars)
This was very good for beginners, and for people who have been considering CBT. It gave a good explanation of Cognitive Distortions, and is worth reading if one is considering therapy or self help with anxiety.
