Perfect book to listen for people with CBT

Any additional comments?

This audible book would work for anyone really, not just someone looking overcome specific struggles. My wife isn't in to these types of audible books, but did listen the intro and was very interested in the narrator's reasoning. I'll recommend this to my friends because I know the knowledge that they will learn from this book will somehow help them in the near future.
