Would you consider the audio edition of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Mastery to be better than the print version?

This book is pack with information and will surely help each reader to understand mental conditions. That is what the book has taught me. I will try to apply what I learned from this book. A good read for anyone seeking an approach to mindfulness and positive thinking. I've been recommending it to all my friends.
