I highly recommend for anyone interested in person

Very helpful book and it was delivered right away. If you just passively read the book, you will remember some of the active ways to lighten the load of depressive thoughts.

Helpful suggestions but doesn’t dive deep enough

This book provides some helpful suggestions for managing anxiety and depression, but it doesn't delve deeply into any particular treatment methods. It may be a good starting point for someone who is looking for general tips on how to cope with these issues, but those who are seeking a more thorough understanding of anxiety and depression, or specific strategies for addressing them, may need to look elsewhere.

Excellent CBT presentation,

As a professional counselor, I enjoy reading books which reinforce what I use in my practice. I felt this book is also a good tool to use with clients as it presents cognitive behavioral therapy is layman's terms.
