COOL BOOK

I have spent a great deal of money trying to get a therapist to do cognitive behavioral therapy and this book did more in one reading than months of therapy. We need to be able to apply this at home. Share the knowledge. You can save a life.

This book will be worth your time!

The techniques discussed in this book is focus on results more than anything else. Things like overcoming negative thoughts, breaking bad habits and so on to be able to get to the core of anxiety or depression. Well written and easy to follow. 21 exercises that will be worth your time.
