Useful Information

This book explains the feelings behind the process and provides guided exercises. Using the tapping techniques in this book is helping me overcome these limitations. Good book! Easy and fast to read which is useful for someone trying to overcome anxiety problems. I bought it for a familiar with anxiety issues.

Brain Training book

What was one of the most memorable moments of Brain Training - 2 Books in 1: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy & EFT Tapping?

I started listening this book and doing some of the exercise in it my memory has began to improve. I am even having my husband do the exercises as well.

Which character – as performed by Michael Hatak – was your favorite?

The performance was really cool to hear.

EFT book is fascinating

I found the CBT section a bit dry and didn't really learn anything I didn't already know.
I thoroughly enjoyed the EFT section. I now feel really inspired to start practicing it.
