I bought this book hoping to learn something new.
I did not.
Eat a plant based diet, get down to your right weight, limit booze, eat garlic, meditate, exercise, there I saved you the money.

great audio book!

I have been a health advocate for msny years but in recent years fell back. I like the suggestions for HBO as my husband b has it. I have white coat hypertension and duff from panic disorder. a lot of it I kbew, but this book is a great refresher!
