Bought this book for some personal research I'm doing about Anxiety, Phobias, and their causes. This is a well-organized book with great information. The workbook is interesting as well but I haven't really delved into the exercises much. I would recommend it if you are looking for an introduction to understanding these topics and some of the non-medication type things you can do about them.
