Wild Cards now in development for TV!
Dead Man's Hand combines the writing talents of George R. R. Martin and John Jos. Miller.
Chrysalis, the glass-skinned queen of the Joker underworld, has been found brutally murdered in her popular restaurant, the Crystal Palace. Now two men are out to find her killer: Jay Ackroyd, the Ace private investigator who discovered her ruined body, and the vigilante archer known as the Yeoman, who has been framed for the crime.
Their quest leads them on a nightmare odyssey of madness, violence, passion, and political intrigue that will forever alter the fates of Aces and Jokers everywhere.
Experience all the exciting action of this collaborative novel by George R. R. Martin and John Jos. Miller. Dead Man's Hand is both a gripping mystery and a chilling story of suspense, set in the unforgettable world of the Wild Cards.
Rights to develop Wild Cards for TV have been acquired by Universal Cable Productions, the team that brought you The Magicians and Mr. Robot, with the coeditor of Wild Cards, Melinda Snodgrass, as executive producer.

not worth the credit

not worth a credit imo. the first 5 books were all cohesive with recurring characters put into different situations in a huge world. this book along with #6 were set in the tiny world of specific storyline. several of the chapters in this book were exact word for word re-tellings of the events from the previous book. EXACT verbatim . I finished the book because I have read all others in this series but wish I would have known how limited the story had become and that we would be re-reading the exact same conversations .

Jay Acovone did great! Paul Adrian not so much.

The Daniel Brennan parts are poorly acted. I do love the Poppin Jay parts. Jay Acovone brings so much life to the character. A great addition to the series.

Great stories, dodgy accents😂

Loved all the Wild card stories published by audible so far. A genius idea by the authors. Can’t wait for the next instalment. Will miss all the dodgy attempts at Hiram Worchesters Scots accent 😂.

wild cards viii not yet available!!!

i am totally addicted to the characters in this series, but so disappointed that this is the last recording. it seems the publishers have skipped ahead to record books 23 and 24 without the ones in between. no way i will purchase them until i’ve finished viii to 22!!!
