White Flag of the Dead has been one of my favorite z books since it came out originally in what was now the first two books. This narration w a s perfect and I'm thrilled to be able to add it to my favorite collection. Also to introduce this wonderful story to my son who loves z stories. I hope the rest of the stories will soon follow to audible version.

Awesome zombie book

I can't tell you how many times I have listened just to this book alone. This is my fav out of this series. My boyfriend found this series and wasn't sure what I would think of it. I was surprised how I took it.

Loved it

I’m a huge zombie fan and I was impressed by the story line and twist and turns! Can’t wait to hear more.

New author? New narrator?

The characters did not have much depth to them. the main character John was not very believable. he seemed to waver between being incredibly full of himself to not being able to believe the compliments people gave him. he went from being a simple dad on a bicycle to some kind of Ninja Warrior wearing a balaclava and being an expert hand-to-hand combat. there were a few inconsistencies in the story details that were given that then changed later in the story. Also, it seemed that they narrator might have been somewhat new. mispronunciation of the word carbine was particularly irritating throughout the story . overall it was worth finishing, and if this is a first novel the author definitely shows promise. just need to polish up a bit and know that readers remember details.

Excellent! Awesome plot! The hero is relatable and the characters are well written. I can’t wait to listen to the second book. I hope the baby lives.

good Ole zombie fiction a great listen

nothing special about the story it follows the tried and true last guy standing gathers followers exacts revenge and makes people's life safe, is it boring? not at all if your going to stick to the formula make you character lockable and that's what the author has done. the narrator is great and really fits the hero. overall it is worth your zombie fix.

It as awsome!

So far my favorite zombie book of all time! Really Loved It! Very limited whining! Full of a get on with it and live attitude! Loved that the zombies were regular old zombies!

Strolling through the park.......

For me this book is like strolling through the park on a beautiful sunny day. When I read ZA books they usually stress me out, characters I've become fond of being killed or toutured. In this book the main character has become a super hero and I'm ok with that. I'm ok with the fact that everything just seems to work out and he's always got a plan to save the day no matter what. I'm actually extremely surprised I like this series but there's just something about it makes me want to finish each book. By no means is this a great series but if you want a stress free ZA book take a rest with this series. I also enjoyed the narrator whom I think actually saves the book again he's not the best in the business but by far is he the worst.
