The Treasure of Isian

Would you consider the audio edition of The Treasure of Isian to be better than the print version?

Garin is a good prince. He does a lot and has Elani by his side. They make a great team and will pair together in search for a treasure. Just go find it, there shouldn't be much interference right? Well, there are a few more than you would think. Giants, elves, dragons, you know, the typical things.

This is all in good of the kingdom. Elani will notice all this danger. She will have to face a lot in order to keep Garin safe and the kingdom safe. Will they figure out a plan to keep what they know safe? Find true love? Make it back to the kingdom?

Twists, turns, a bunch of creatures, and everything you could ask for in a powerful book! Yup, you get hooked pretty quickly. You don't mind the prince, but you will like Elani. She is a really great character and is just one of those that will stick with you. This book is worth the read and can't wait to see whats in the next book!

Nice, clean listen

Serena Clarke writes an interesting fantasy, and weaves magical characters throughout. This book is fast paced and keeps your attention. I especially like that it can be read or listened to by the younger generation without worrying about language or certain topics. Also, Carolyn Kashner did a remarkable job narrating this book using various voices to bring the characters to life.
I was given a copy of this book in exchange for an honest and unbiased review.
