amazing story

I started using audible around 8 months ago. since then I have listened to all the Terry Brooks novels, the iron druid chronicles and other epic writers.
I adore how the godling chronicles are written and performed and I know how sad I will be when I must say goodbye to these deep and rich characters you care about.
Other stories only have one main line through them but these books have stories within stories and multiple character development lines. I LOVE Tolkiens world but I would argue this is deeper and more worthy of an epic multipart movie series.

the story has deep lore and so far all my questions have been answered at the right time.

Derek Perkins is fantastic with his voice acting and he creates the characters faces and mannerisms in your head. I wish more publishing houses would use consistent narrators throughout multi book series. I could not listen to the other DUNE series books due to the totally different pronunciation used by the proceeding narrators.

sigh, onto the last two books in the series and my last 24 hours with my human, God and eleven friends.

buy them all...

the wheel of time. traditional good vs evil story

very typical story. farm boy becomes hero. wheel of time themes. tolkein. overarching. great twist with elves and mythology there. Sanderson would want more theory and science in his magic building. influence on economics etc. fun listen. predictable. which makes in comfortable and a great listen.
