Dont know what the fuss is about

This is a good book. Its exactly as its described. For people that say that the narrator is monotone, maybe check your speakers or headphones. Collins brings a lot of infelction and emotion to the story. For people that complain about the sex scenes, it says mature at the bottom and those scenes are few and far between. I will say that the sex is a little unimaginative and repetitive in nature, like the MC is a one trick pony. As for whats really important, the story is entertaining, the chatacters are fleshed out and 3 dimensional (FYI, the MC is pretty OP), and the action scenes are excellent.

Game of Thrones Fanfiction

I felt as if this book was written by a teenager based off of the vernacular the characters were using. Also, there was a lot of sexually explicit content that felt very awkward to listen to. It definitely improved in the ending chapters in terms of wordplay and word structure.

was this written by a horny 15 year old?

the story is... ok. but quickly fades to middling crap of main character trying to screw every frmale he can. bland sex scenes and just the worst "flirting". ignores the other possible cool aspects and just meanders around.

Good but

OK I have 2 problems with the boo. that said number one is that voice actor didn't have enough range in this voice and characters, and was monotone for the majority of the book. number two is that we really didn't need the second point of view from Pawg after the first two times and just feels like filler due to his lack of significance.

The blandest narrator I've ever heard

I struggled to finish this. Don't get me wrong, it wasn't that this was poorly written, it was the narrator was one of the worst I've ever heard. I listen to many audible books each with their range of narrators, but this one set a new bar.
this narrator has 0 inflections and 0 voices. many times I had to pause it or go back to remember who was talking, not to mention emotional scenes that lost all effect because everything was just the same.
I would recommend buying and reading the book over this audio version.

story had potential.

story was pretty good overall. I like the premise of the book. but the author has to be a 12 year old boy. this book isn't as bad as the second one. but there's just terribly dumb sex scenes everywhere. I like sex as much as the next guy. but it's absolutely ridiculous in these books . I'm not sure if this is a fantasy or a sexual fantasy book . I'm not sure that the author really knows what sex is. I think he has some pornographic fantasies that he tries to ride in these books. whatever I'll probably get a refund on these two.

barely legal sex scenes

seems like the writer has a barley legal fetish and is living out his desires for adult teens in his human hero. the battle scenes were fun, but listening to the hero have a hard on while trying to fill up on the two 18 year old princess hotties, no thanks.

mono tone

ok I've read a few reviews and i noticed that a good amount of people were complaining about the mono tone of the reader, and i partly agree he does put emotion into the characters but he doesn't change the tone of the vocies so it is hard to tell who is talking, example the big grizzly guard sounds the same as the book worm boy same as all the women sound the same
