Publisher's summary

In the future, there are many parallel Earths - but only one of them has time travel. Known as Primetime, its criminals break into the pasts of other worlds, far beyond the reach of conventional police.

Blake Din is the top agent of the Cutting Room, the group tasked with stopping these trespassers. After a mission to undo the murder of a young boy, he uncovers extensive damage to another world's timeline - and a conspiracy that reaches all the way back to Primetime.

Characters and their journeys mildly interesting

My headline may seem like damning with faint praise and perhaps it is; although, not intentionally so. The writing is well done and fluid enough and the narration is also quite good. However, the actual story plays out mostly unexcitingly. The three primary protagonists are likable enough but not very gripping; more or less, just going through the motions most of the time.

I was also disappointed with the ending since it was kind of ridiculous and unimaginative. There is a hint of a follow-on novel but I'll not pick it up if and when it does appear.

Very intriguing!!

I really enjoyed this book. The author was very skilled in the ways he talked about the time jumps. It didn't get confusing or convoluted everything was clear and concise. The underlined intrigue was consistent and logical. The relationship between the two main characters kept me hooked and wanting to see how it was going to play out. It ended a little abruptly but then again it was perfect for the way the story had flowed. I am impressed and I highly recommend it.

Crazy time travel story...

Kinda hard to follow in the begining. A lot of weird plot twists & strange time travel concepts to wrap your head around...and to try to believe, in order for the story to keep you interested. That being said, the story certainly DID keep me interested and curious for the unfolding events and characters.

Awesome

Where’s book 2? A different world(s) than his other books, a different pace, but I thoroughly enjoyed this as much as the others.

Awesome

Very exciting! Loved it. The best part of the book was when Blake and Vet where stuck in Brownsville after the destruction and the pods didn't come back for them and they lived for 40 year's as a loving couple. The narrator was very good, great voice. However the ending was very disappointing, actually sucked, unless the author is leaving it open for a sequel?

Disappointed with the Ending

It was a great book with lots of action, adventure, and romance, but I was disappointed with the ending. The book climaxes as the protagonist discovers the sinister plot, but then it just ends. I wonder when the author is coming out with a sequel to this book?
