Not a terrible book still a bad performance

So the audio audio levels are better, less jerking, smoother volume from one word to the next but absolutely no proofing and very little editing. At one point there is a man's voice correcting her. She still re reads a line about once or twice a chapter sometimes more.

The dialogue is often unnaturally formal. Honestly a good editor for the book and a proper recording studio would do wonders for this series. Alas while it seems like simple fixes the truth is the whole thing screams budget basement affair. Something found dusty on a shelf in a remote truck stop. It's a descent destruction w when the radio is out...

Last thing Fergus seems to have taken a back seat on this book and that's definitely a detriment in my opinion.

A good story

while I am enjoying the story, I am have serious reservations about the production quality. The recording is tinny and you can hear sections of inserted dialog. it is very distracting and takes away from the performance
