ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC!
It gets better and better. The plot and storyline is awesome and Vikas Adam performed marvellously. Bravo. I love both Dakota Krout's and Vikas Adam's combination. This is the first series I ever tried of this genre as I don't understand much of virtual reality. But because Vikas Adam is performing I gave it a chance and I was astounded by how much I love the series. I will continuing this series and it will definitely be one of my collections. I'm waiting anxiously for the next book to come out and I do hope it will be soon.
Worth the credit for sure!

A Sequel that does NOT Disappoint
I read a lot of LitRPG. I am not totally proud of it... However if you are going to do it- this is one of the absolute best there is. A fantastic continuation of a great series. Proof that even in a genre getting overrun with titles some will always float to the top. Great character building. Great world building. Just great.

Dakota is an amazing author
I fucking loved this book through and through and was hanging on the edge every time something new about magic and the system was explained. I just died when a certain red haired lady showed up at the right time. also the feats of amazing magic Joe comes up with just blows me away Everytime.

Dakota Krout is quickly becoming my new favorite author. After devouring his Divine Dungeon books his new series diving into the litRPG genre is just freaking awesome!! The narrator, Vikas Adam is no slouch either, he brings this world to life!

No, it can't be over already!
I really wish I hadn't rushed through this reading like I did. I wish I had taken it slow and savored it. Now I can never enjoy it for the first time again. I'll be more appreciative with the next sequel, as well as with the rest of Dakota Krout's books.
But really, this and it's prequel, Ritualist, are fantastic. I highly recommend it for anyone who enjoys fantasy, litRPG, RPG video games, D&D, and the likes. I patiently waited for the audio book for my first listen through, but I'll be buying a hard copy and shoving it in friends' faces from here on out.
