Chosing the Lesser Evil

Rage is the prelude to John Braxton's past. With his parents dead and to protect his nephew Logan, John did the unthinkable to save the Texas pack. His brother, Richard is destroying the Texas pack but none is strong enough to challenge him.

John, once believed in his brother, Richard. But somewhere down the road, Richard has changed for the worst. Richard has become an abusive, mean drunk of a leader. The only solution was for John to kill Richard. John also recognized the ramification that if he failed, he is signing his own death warrant. Richard would killed him.

I have bought this book and have read the story before listening to the audiobook which was provided to me by the author. I have to say that the narration of the story is better than reading the book. It is because the narrator gave life to the story.

I love the narrator, Roberto Scarlato in how John is portrayed. As much as John loved his brother, Richard, John cannot forgive Richard for beating Logan. The narrator showed how decisive that John is and the sacrifice of saving one person, he has to kill another. The narrator does an excellent job of narrating this short story. I enjoy listening to this story again and again of how precise the story is told.

I was given this this audiobook by the author in exchange of an honest review. I was not compensated or influenced in any way for writing this review.
